These have got to be the easiest Cake Pops I have ever tried...and by far the yummiest!  The best thing about them is they are super easy and they only use 2 ingredients. I serve these treats at all my parties because they are always one of the first things to go! I use the recipe from Bonnie Bakes and then decorate them to suit my theme. You can get the recipe here. To save time (and fiddling around), I often just melt some white chocolate and dip the top of the cake pops into it. Then I dip each cake...

Eek...not another party?! As your kids get older it seems the amount of parties they get invited to gets dis-proportionately higher. The more kids you have the more you will feel like a taxi driver dropping kids from party to party. Not only do you have to consider logistics and time management, there is also the critical question on how much you should spend on a birthday present. How much is enough? Crush the biscuits (see image 1)...

These mini sausage rolls are bit sized and easily managed by kids, and are so simple to make. Best bit is they are tasty and a great savoury addition to a party table to balance out the sweets! Ingredients: 8 cocktail sausages 2 sheets of puff pastry 1 egg, lightly beaten Sesame seeds (optional) Tomato sauce (to serve) Makes 16 mini sausage rolls Method: Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celcius. Line a baking tray with baking...

Bu's Turkish Delight Ice Cream Cake

My mother-in-law is an incredible cook and constantly comes up with mouth-wateringly stunning recipes. At Christmas she served up this delicious ice cream cake. It was intended as dessert for our indulgent Christmas lunch, but this would make an excellent ice-cream birthday cake too. This particular ice-cream cake is based on Turkish delight. The ice cream towers make it look majestic (although you can leave these out) and as you eat it you get a mouthful of delicious ice-cream cake with bits of chewy goodness. The added Rose Water gives a sweet and rosy aroma and flavour. You can leave...
